Take A Walk

Cardigan - Jayjays (similar) // Top - Tempt (similar) // Skirt - Paper Scissors (similar)
Yesterday was quite the experience! Background hunting went to a whole other level where finding an empty place to shoot took us literally around half our suburb!

All good though because 1. perambulating is always fun 2. we found a bubblegum pink building in an otherwise beige town, and 3. we bumped into the most kindest cleaner. The bright day called for "Parisian chic"  with a basic navy striped shirt, an odd black mini skirt and over-sized boyfriend cardigan.

Have a splendid day folks!

Top - Zara (other tees) // Jacket - Redoute Creation // Boots - BP

Today was a rather interesting experience - we had to change locations at least three times before we found somewhere quiet but still picturesque enough to take my pictures. Here, I'm just wearing a slouchy tee I bought from the US three years ago, some black trouser pants and my biker jacket. You could wear any type of grey or white tee, and perhaps some black jeans as alternatives, and they'd work quite nicely. Hope you're all having a splendid day!

Dark Blue

Cardigan - Country Road (similar) // Button Up - Bardot (similar) // Bag - Coach (similar)

It was awfully windy/rainy yesterday that we unfortunately had to shoot under cover, the most decent being this apartment garage door! I also had to head off to an interview beforehand so something simple and minimal for the day- a white button up, black trousers and a cosy, boyfriend style navy cardigan.

Top - Mink Pink (similar) // Pants - Sportsgirl // Shoes - Dr Martens // Jacket - Refuge // Rose Quartz - Nomadic Store

I was planning on wearing a crop top today, but unfortunately Sydney's weather has done a complete 180 and it's suddenly absolutely freezing, rainy and windy. So, I had to go from a summer outfit to this winter one instead - black pants, a light blue singlet, denim jacket and dr martens. I was actually planning on wearing my laced heels and fully brought them along with me too, but I totally forgot about them when we started taking pictures. So that's an alternative shoe choice, I was just wearing my docs because they're more comfy. I plan on wearing darker lips now that the weather is getting colder, as well as generally darker clothing pieces (like I haven't already haha).

Anyway, today was so so horrible here in Sydney, but we still tried to get the most out of our time by exploring the streets of Kogarah. But now, all I want to do is curl up on the couch with a nice, thick blanket and watch movies for the rest of the night.

The Good ol' Button Up

Button Up - Asos (similar or this) // Skirt - H&M // Plimsolls - Vans

For this warm day I opted for an outfit relaxed and roomy - this blue pinstripe button up (a constant favourite), a textured circle skirt and a pair of leather plimsolls.

When it comes to styling button ups, I get stuck between two routines: buttoned all the way to the top until the collar frames the neck, and the front loosely tucked in for that relaxed but refined fit; or the collar messily overturned and half the front tucked in loosely.Either way, it takes me forever to get the "look" right! How about you guys? xx

Tee - Regatta Petites (similar) // Dress shirt - Active Wear (similar) // Bag - Colette (similar) // Shoes - BP

This outfit is so easy to put together - a basic white tee, khaki dress shirt as an extra layer for the cooler months and a biker jacket. Still treasuring this super hot weather before I'll start having to wear tights and seven layers every day. Anyway, hope you like the outfit :)
